|Position:|| Summer Office Assistant/Housing Manager
|Hours:||Approximately 5 hours per day|
Office responsibilities include assisting with word processing and data entry, coordinating mailings, answering the telephone, posting signs, filing maintenance requests and assisting with early arrival check-in. Additional responsibilities include assisting summer residents, giving hall tours and answering questions for new students and serving as a liaison between summer residents, housekeeping, facilities management and the Residence Life Office. This position also serves in the on-call rotation approximately one night per week and one weekend per month. Computer knowledge required and prior office experience preferred. Summer housing is required and provided.
