Take home assignment #2: Synopsis of "Dive to the edge of creation":
Please prepare a 1-2 page synopsis of the video we viewed on Friday, 13 January. Be as specific as possible, and discuss any items that were of particular interest to you. Your report should also include (at the very least) a discussion of the location and objectives of the research, the problems encountered and the results and significance of both geologic and biologic discoveries. Be sure to demonstrate that you understand the difference between and significance of chemosynthesis and photosynthesis. Your report is due on Monday, January 16th, at 9 a.m. Do not e-mail your paper to me. Do not come to class needing to print your paper - this constitutes late work and I will not accept it. If your report is presented on more than one sheet of paper, the sheets must be stapled together BEFORE you come to class.
