Ralph Christoffersen ’59 is a general partner at Morgenthaler Ventures, Boulder, Colo., where he focuses on new biotechnology investments

Perry Weigel ’59 is a physician in Ankeny, Iowa.

James Hurst ’62 is professor of chemistry at Washington State University, Pullman, Wash.

Daniel Steffenson ’62, professor of chemistry, completed his 40th year of teaching at Albion College in Albion, Mich. He plans to retire next spring.

John Shillinglaw ’64 left the field of ophthalmology to become a self-employed environmental land manager, where he works on prairie restorations in Iowa and Wisconsin.

Ralph O. Allen ’65 is a professor in the departments of chemistry, environmental sciences, and public health services at the University of Virginia, as well as assistant vice president for research and director of the office of environmental health and safety.

Judith Spelts Lindell ’65 is a molecular biologist at Purdue University in Lafayette, Ind.

L. Jackson Roberts II ’65 is the T. Edwin Rogers Professor of Pharmacology at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tenn.

Robert Reimers III ’66 is a professor in the department of environmental health services at Tulane University in New Orleans. He has been a consultant to over 70 companies and is active in the Water Environment Federation.

Angela Olmstead Vikesland ’66 is a director for Hewlett Packard in Minneapolis.

David James ’67 is a senior research associate at BP Amoco Chemicals in Naperville, Ill.

J. Jeffrey Strandholm ’67 is the formulations manager for Dairy Farmers of America and lives in Plymouth, Wis.

James W. Frederiksen ’68 is a physician and associate professor of surgery at Northwestern University in Chicago.

Komei Kure (Go) ’68 is a professor at Kyota Seika University in Kyota, Japan.

Arthur Reis Jr. ’68 is a visiting scholar in the department of chemistry and senior research scientist, department of biology, at Brandeis University, Waltham, Mass. Influenza viruses are his research interests.

Harris (Tim) DeLong ’69 is a client executive for MSI Systems Integrators, Des Moines, Iowa.

James Coddington ’70 is a physician at the Mercy Medical Center North Iowa, Mason City, Iowa.

Marilyn Conners Frederiksen ’70 is a physician and associate professor of clinical ob-gyn Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University, in Chicago.
