My fellowship experience:
I loved the city of Baltimore and the self-directed and independent nature of my work. I learned that I could make it in a big city on my own for the first time and I made a lot of wonderful friends. My mentor took me to some fabulous restaurants to try new foods and to get to know the other people in the lab. It was a great experience
