Aims of the Fellowship
The purpose of the fellowship is to gain a broader understanding of the international legal system with an emphasis on the American and Chinese components. In particular, for my project I will be examining American anti-trust policy, one of the world's most developed policies in the field and comparing it to China's anti-monopoly law, which is barely entering into its third year of existence.
