Aims of the Fellowship
I was lucky enough to have worked for the Minnesota chapter of the Institute for
Justice (IJ). They take small scale civil liberty cases that fall into one of
their four pillars: School choice,
eminent domain, occupational licensing and free speech. I was assigned a case that fell into the
occupational licensing pillar.
