Aims of the Fellowship
My entire internship was
quite a shadowing process since I got to see the bank's daily routine from
every single angle, whether it is the data processing, trust, marketing,
investment, or loan department. I got to work closely with the head of
each department and every one of them was willing to sit down with me
one-on-one, explain his or her duty and answer any questions I might have.
