Aims of the Fellowship
I worked on the Cedar Rapids Fifteen in Five Initiative's Idea #2.  Idea #2 is to "make health care more accessible for the underserved".   My main accomplishment during my time on the project was coordinating strategic planning meetings to develop clear directions and action steps for achieving increased healthcare accessibility.
