application of both leadership styles and strategies. Coursework
addresses general theories of leadership behavior and communication, and
develops some of the specific skills identified as integral to effective

examine both formal and informal environments, structural impact on
communication strategies, and concepts for creating a communicative

Addresses the impact of mass media such as television, radio,
