Financial Aid for Off-Campus Programs
Students receiving financial assistance may apply their award from
scholarships, grants, and loans (not campus employment) toward the
tuition of an off-campus program affiliated with Cornell and listed in
this Catalogue, if approved for funding by the Academic Dean's Office.
In order to apply financial assistance toward an off-campus program, students must be enrolled at Cornell College for the semester when they will be off campus and pay Cornell tuition, less the amount of their financial assistance. Cornell will then pay the host institution. If the cost of the program is more than Cornell's charges for a semester, the student must pay the difference. Please contact the Business Office for further information on costs and payments.
The student is responsible for transportation, housing, meals, books,
and incidental expenses not covered by the program's tuition charge.
Cornell does not provide aid or reimbursement for these costs.
Please refer to the Leave of Absence policy
for further
information.
