Canthrisphobia: The fear of black beetles.

There are many different kinds of beetles that can be thrown into this category all are in the order Coleoptera. Beetles are mainly nocturnal, and can be found under rocks, leaves, or in other dark places. Some beetles are carnivorous and some as they become adults are vegetarians. The main fear with beetles is that they are big and black and they can be found in every home or within close proximity.
