Men's Soccer Coaching Staff

Dan Cotterill, head coach

Dan Cotterill enters his second season as head men’s soccer coach at Cornell College. Cotterill is a native of Solihull, England, and graduated from Tudor Grange Secondary School in 1988 and from Bournville College in Birmingham, England, in 1989. Cotterill has been coaching since 2000 and was most recently head girls’ soccer coach at Clear Creek-Amana (Iowa) High School. Cotterill has been playing soccer for more than 25 years and trained with the Football Association in England.

Cotterill and his wife, Tina, have an 8-year old daughter, Yves. They reside in Mount Vernon.

The Rams finished 3-13 overall, 2-6 in the Iowa Conference in Cotterill's first season at the helm in 2006.
