On November 16, 2007, Cornell College officially launched the Extraordinary Opportunities Campaign in Colorado at The Denver Museum of Nature & Science. With Cornell graduates young and old in attendance, President Les Garner introduced Cornell's $92 million campaign to the Colorado alumni by announcing the campaign had already raised $78.2 million. Alumni enjoyed dinner, drinks, dessert and the company of fellow Cornellians, punctuated by announced improvements, additions and upgrades to the campus that will truly create extraordinary opportunities for alumni to come.
