Biographical Sketch

Scott Olinger is the Head of Design and Production for the Department of Theatre at Cornell College.  Holding degrees from the University of Northern Iowa and Penn State University, his designs have been seen as near as Cedar Rapids and as far as Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Texas.  Recent projects include the production design for Dan Gable; This Is Your Life at Fryfest '11, scenery for Alice in Wonderland at Theatre Cedar Rapids, and lighting design for Cornell College's Romeo and Juliet.  Scott has also worked as an associate designer on projects including DirecTV's Nick and Artie Show and the 2012 London iTunes Festival.   He also served as the Best Boy/Programmer for DirecTV's weeklong live broadcasts of the Dan Pattrick Show from New Orleans Superbowl 2013.
