Focus
Taking one course at a time gives you an extraordinary ability to fully engage with the topic at hand. Whether you’re studying art history or neuroscience, public policy or entrepreneurship, OCAAT invites you to delve into your topic with depth and conviction, and to give it your very best.During each course block, you’ll devote two to four hours a day to in-class conversations, feedback, and collaborative work. Outside of class, the engagement continues with research, team projects, and more—without the distraction of competing assignments from other classes.
Just as you’re focused on your studies, your professors will be focused on you. Cornell faculty only teach one course at a time, so you’ll have your prof’s undivided attention during class hours and beyond. Your professors will know your strengths, your interests, and your goals—and they’ll help you reach them, too.
