Student interested in starting the process of establishing academic accommodations should schedule an intake meeting with the Coordinator for Academic Support and Advising (309 Cole Library) and may complete the Application for Accommodations form prior to the intake meeting.   Bring any documentation to that meeting or send it ahead of time via email (scanned attachment) , fax or postal carrier.
