Department Chair's Handbook

The Department Chair's Handbook, here offered in its third edition, is intended to help department chairs understand their responsibilities and to provide access to forms, templates and resources chairs typically use at Cornell. As Dean Emeritus Dennis Moore noted in the second edition of the Handbook (1998), our "hope is that this handbook will make it possible for you to see both the forest and the trees."
